Training Policy 
At Tates we take training very seriously.
All employees will undertake basic mandatory training, with optional training
programmes being offered at all levels. We make sure you get the necessary training you need to do your job.
We have an intensive and diverse annual programme of training, covering
subject areas like, management development, first aid and fresh food. We can offer both in-house and external qualifications. As an accredited centre for delivering NCPLH (Licensing qualification), we keep ahead of our game.
